4. Q: WILL I GET THE ORIGINAL CASE AND CLOTH WITH MY GLASSES?
A: Yes, whatever you’d expect to get from purchasing eyewear in a high street shop, you can expect to get from us! So long as your chosen brand provides us with accessories such as a designer case and cloth, we will include both! In addition, we will also include a Certificate of Authenticity for peace of mind. Please be aware that if your chosen brand includes a soft designer case as part of their package, we cannot exchange it for a hard case.

6. Q: HOW CAN YOU HELP IF MY SPECS NEED ADJUSTING?
A: If you need to adjust your spectacles you can pop into any high street Optician. Most of them will gladly do it free of charge.
7. Q: DO YOU SELL VARIFOCAL /BIFOCAL LENSES?
A: We have all the latest technology to take you through all lens and measuring options so get in touch and we can select . We offer single vision lenses, bifocal, varifocal, reactions lenses, polarized as well as normal tints with ultra violet filter.
8. Q: DO YOU INCLUDE A WARRANTY WITH ANY PURCHASES I MAKE?
A: All our products come with a 12 months warranty as long as it is a manufacturer's fault and not accidental. For any defects discovered after the 14 day period following purchase and 30days for varifocal lenses. A set handling fee of £14 applies for reparations or replacements. In order for the product to be considered for repair or replacement under warranty, the item must be sent back to us for consideration. Regarding prescription, we can only cover lenses glazed by our own glazing laboratory. We strongly recommend a back up pair, specially if you heavily rely on your spectacles for clarity. We will always endeavor to replace/repair any frame within a week.
9. Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS PROCESS?
A. If for some reason you are not satisfied, Providing you decide to return your sunglasses or frames (without prescription lenses) within a 7day period from the day you receive them, we are happy to refund you Please be aware that we consider it your responsibility to get them to us on time. If however, your item gets delayed or lost in the post we will not be liable.
